EMERGENCY Contact Protocols
WHEN THE OCCASION ARISES THAT YOU ARE IN A TRUE EMERGENCY SITUATION, I AM AVAILABLE 24/7/365 TO CONSULT BY PHONE AND/OR IN PERSON.
In order to ensure that I am able to respond to you in a timeframe that is helpful, please use the following protocol:
1. Call and leave a voice and/or text message at (310) 991-3105.
2. Please speak slowly and clearly.

3. Your message should contain the following information:
  • Your name
  • Name and location of your organization
  • A brief description of the incident
  • Approximate number of people impacted
  • Your contact number and an alternate number including area code and country code if applicable
  • Any initial request for services you would like such as:
  • Telephone consultation
  • On-scene support (during the incident if ongoing)
  • On-scene post-incident support
  • Consultation with senior and executive management
  • Individual and/or group crisis intervention
In addition to the initial phone message, please send me an email with the information requested above. Redundancy can be an important aspect when communicating under these circumstances.
